Abbamus is an AI service by Bublesoft Development S.R.L. ("we"). This page explains what personal data we collect at the waitlist stage and how we process it in accordance with the GDPR.

2. What data we collect

• Email — which you leave in the waitlist form.
• Request text (optional) — if you described a task in the field on the home page before going to the form.
• The fact and time of consent — that you agreed to these terms, and when.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data for a single purpose — to notify you the moment we open access to the service. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form.

4. Storage and sharing

Data is stored only as long as needed for launch and is deleted at your request at any time. We do not sell your data to third parties. Technical providers (hosting) may process data solely on our instructions.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
